Welcome to Peri Miller Yoga!
Peri is a yoga instructor who loves sharing her knowledge of yoga with everybody she encounters. Yoga has allowed her to transform an inflexible tight body into one that is more open. By the use of the conscious breathe, the yoga postures and meditation her life has become more peaceful. She started teaching yoga to help others transform their lives too. She offers a variety of Hatha yoga classes including gentle, basic, all levels, restorative and yoga in the workplace. Her yoga style is eclectic, using the alignment principles of Anusara yoga, and the teachings of other wonderful schools of hatha yoga. By offering her classes in many settings, a wide range of people and their needs are met. In 2007 she completed a 200-hour teacher training at Desert Song Yoga in Phoenix, Arizona and is a certified and registered teacher. She is able to further her knowledge of yoga by attending local and national classes, workshops and seminars taught by instructors such as Mary Beth Markus, Meg Byerlein, Dharma Mittra, Rama Jyoti Vernon, Menaka Desikachar, Erich Schiffmann, John Friend and Matthew Taylor. Peri enjoys sharing this knowledge with her students. Please contact her with any of your questions.
